Twelve editions of smart business
Smart Business Festival CZ is an annual information, presentation and networking event dedicated to the growth of the digital economy and to new technological and business approaches in Czech small and medium-sized enterprises.
The 2026 edition builds on the showcase of projects and activities supporting the security, resilience and sustainability of Czech business.

Secure, resilient and sustainable business
The twelfth edition builds on the 2025 theme — the security, resilience and sustainability of Czech business — and takes it into practice: how small and medium-sized enterprises can cope with artificial intelligence, cyber threats and growing sustainability requirements.
The conference morning brings together representatives of the state, the European Commission, research institutions and companies; the afternoon Smart Business Exhibition presents concrete projects and support schemes that companies can act on straight away.

2025 in numbers
The 11th edition took place on 22 October 2025 at Next Zone in Prague under the subtitle “A showcase of projects and activities supporting the security, resilience and sustainability of Czech business”. It was opened by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the CR and the European Commission; České Radiokomunikace was the main expert partner.
Two panels addressed security and resilience in the age of artificial intelligence and the sustainability of Czech small and medium-sized enterprises. They were followed by the Smart Business Exhibition with stands of Czech EDIH projects, NÚKIB and the Enterprise Europe Network.

Frequently asked questions
How much does admission to the festival cost?
Attendance is entirely free of charge; all you need to do is register. The capacity of the hall is limited, so we recommend registering as early as possible.
Who is the festival intended for?
Primarily for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises. Representatives of public administration, academia and start-ups are equally welcome, as is anyone interested in the digital transformation of business.
Where does the festival take place and how do I get there?
At Next Zone, Preslova 25, Prague 5-Smíchov. The nearest metro station is Anděl on line B (about a five-minute walk) and the nearest tram stops are Anděl and Arbesovo náměstí. Parking in the area is limited, so we recommend public transport.
What language is the festival held in?
The working languages of the event are Czech and English, without interpretation. Contributions by international guests are delivered in English.
Will I receive a registration confirmation?
Yes, the confirmation arrives straight away at the e-mail address given in the form. If it does not reach you, please check your spam folder or write to info@czechinno.cz.
Can we exhibit at the festival or become a partner?
